Reflexology

Reflexology, developed in the early 1900’s, is based on the body being divided into zones running from the head to the toes, with reflex points in the feet, hands and head. These reflex points are related to different organs and glands in the body and by stimulating these points benefits can be felt throughout the entire body.

Your therapist will use several techniques to stimulate the reflex points. Reflexology is great if you are short on time and don’t want to get oil on your body.
