LaStone Massage

LaStone massage, developed by Mary Nelson in 1993, is one of the fastest growing massage techniques and is only performed by certified therapists. Body and Soul is the only massage center in Wichita to offer this multifaceted massage.

Your LaStone massage begins with your therapist gently stretching you and performing Swedish massage. You will then lie down on 2 rows of warm stones, covered with a towel, with a row on either side of your spine. Then stones will be placed on your body’s key energy channels and small stones between your toes.

Alternating between hot and cold stones, your therapist will perform Swedish massage, which stimulates your circulatory system, detoxifying your body.
